As Peru is close to the equator, you can visit it all year round, but the best time will be April and May to avoid the crowds and enjoy a really great weather. To go to Peru, you can find several direct flights to Lima from Amsterdam with KLM, Paris with Air France and Madrid with Iberia. To come back from La Paz there are no direct flights to Europe so you will at least need 2 connections.
