You can now visit Brazil during the World Cup!!
We’re pleased to announce that we now have limited availability for select hotels in Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo, and Salvador da Bahia during the FIFA World Cup 2014 in Brazil.
Please note that hotel availability is very limited during the FIFA World Cup (Brazil World Cup), and there is at least a 3-night minimum night stay requirement at hotels, and higher prices during special events. The official dates for the World Cup football games in Brazil are from June 12, 2014, to July 13, 2014.

Brazil World Cup: Know Before You Go – Trip Checklist
The World Cup is sure to make Brazil an exciting and busy place this June-July, so start planning your trip to Brazil and book your Brazil travel package as soon as possible! Hotel availability and tickets to the football events are the most difficult to obtain, so make sure to secure those as quickly as you can. Here is our recommended checklist to help you plan a trip to Brazil for the World Cup:
1) Brazil Tourist Visa – for US citizens, you need to have a tourist visa for Brazil before you travel, and that can take several weeks to process. View our Brazil Travel Info page for more in-depth info on tourist visas.
2) Tickets to the World Cup games – it is possible that we can obtain tickets to the World Cup games that you want, but these can be difficult to get, especially last-minute. So it is better if you already have purchased tickets to the games that you’re interested in seeing. You can purchase tickets on FIFA’s website here. Remember, we ONLY have hotel availability for Rio de Janeiro, Salvador da Bahia, and Sao Paulo.
3) International flights – you don’t need to have your flights booked already, but be thinking of purchasing your international flights soon, before they go up in price. We can give you a quote for and coordinate your international flights (as well as domestic flights within South America), but you are welcome to book your flights separately if you prefer.
4) Travel Insurance – We always recommend that our travelers book trip insurance. View our Brazil Travel Info page for more in-depth info on travel insurance.
Please note that our tour company specializes in full travel packages to Brazil, which means we will coordinate ALL of the details of your trip, from the moment you arrive in Brazil until the moment you fly home. We will arrange your hotel stays, breakfasts in hotels, transfers to and from the airport, all tours and transfers with guides, and other options upon request. We can even book flights if you wish.
Brazil World Cup: Get the Most Out of Your Trip
While you’re traveling to Brazil to see the football matches, we recommend that you also spend some time seeing the sights around Brazil. There’s the Amazon Rainforest, Rio de Janeiro’s Corcovado and Sugarloaf Mountains, the Iguassu Waterfalls, the Pantanal wetlands, and so much more. Feel free to tell us what other destinations you are interested in seeing during the World Cup, and we’ll put together a customized quote for you.
